If you're not artistically inclined, just find the pictures online and blow them up to fit the board. Blind fold one guest at a time and have them try to pin the pacifier on the baby. Your baby shower guests will end up taking off rings and shoes before they figure out it's the bag on their head they don't really need. The guest who takes their bag off first is the winner. Now how was the baby conceived. This isn't so much a baby shower game as it is pure entertainment. Have the guests write down what the mother-to-be says as she opens the gift they brought. Gifts of all different sizes will surely be brought to the party so her comments will be varied. When she is through opening all gifts explain to the guests that what they have written down is what was overheard the night the baby was conceived. Just think of the reactions that you will get. Have the guests read aloud what they have written down as if they had eaves dropped. There will be some surprising looks and expressions when these are read. Now which children of a TV family are you? Your baby shower guests will have fun guessing which children belong to which TV family. This will require a little pop culture knowledge. You will need to prepare a list of TV families and a list of the children on the show. Try using the internet if you are having trouble coming up with characters or TV show names. On a piece of paper you will need to create a column of the TV show names with the number of children on the show written next to the appropriate show name. Try to get a mixture from different time periods to make it fair on everybody. At the bottom of the page have a mixed list of the children's names. Give the guests a time limit and have them try to match as many children as they can to the right show. Now you will see who has watched the most TV. The three guests with the most correct answers wins the game. Give prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Baby shower party favors make great prizes. Make the list extensive so as to cover all of the bases and allow for the guests to get as detailed as possible. Then during the baby shower give each guest a piece of paper and pen and have them write down their answers to the same questions. When all questions have been answered, read out the answers the mother gave. The shower guest with the most matches wins the game. The winner should receive a party favor as a gift. Maybe a model of the perfect baby or something that has perfect in the name.

Well here we have a tray of baby items for you to admire. Tray of Baby Items is a memory game, see which baby shower guest pays the most attention. The baby shower hostess will need to prepare a tray of baby items before the shower. It can include things like bottles, diapers, pacifiers, combs etc.. Have the mother-to-be pass the tray around for the guests to see. Once everyone has seen the tray she will excuse herself and stay in another room until the game is over. After she had gone into the other room ask the guests to write down a detailed description of what she was wearing. Watch everyone's face twist as they try to remember what the mother to be was wearing. This will throw your guests for a loop because they were paying attention to the tray of baby items instead of her wardrobe. Give extra points for small things like buttons or jewelry. The person with the most correct answers wins! Maybe a detective book or a magnifying glass since they were the most attentive at the party.

Yum Yum Baby Diaper Race
The first thing I think of with a baby diaper is yum, yum. Yum yum! A baby shower diaper race will surely get your guests laughing. You will need one baby diaper per shower guest and some chocolate or rocky road ice cream. The ice cream is going to be eaten by the guests so make sure it is a flavor they like. You may want to have a couple of flavors on hand just in case. Before your shower guests arrive, place one scoop of ice cream into the center of each baby diaper. Close the baby diaper neatly and store in the freezer. When the baby shower guests arrive have them sit at the table and place a baby diaper in front of each shower guest. Have the shower guests open their baby diapers at the same time. Tell them to put their hands behind their backs and see who can eat the ice cream first. Make sure you take lots of incriminating pictures of this game for no one will ever believe that your guests ate out of a diaper. When they have finished the ice cream they will need to stand up and raise their hand. The one who finishes first is the winner. Give the winner a prize for winning such a messy game. Like maybe a pack of diaper wipes a s a prize for their efforts and so they can clean up. You'll want to take pictures of the silly sight.
